  • CSV and Excel files you upload
  • Prompts you create
  • Results from AI processing

Technical Necessities

  • Error logs when something breaks (via Sentry)
  • Basic usage data to keep the service running
  • Your IP address (for security and service delivery)

3. Why We Need This Information

We only use your information to:

  • Run the service you're paying for
  • Process your files through AI models
  • Handle payments and credits
  • Fix bugs and errors
  • Meet legal requirements (taxes, accounting)
  • Keep the service secure and fast
  • Send you important service updates

4. Who Sees Your Data

AI Providers

Only your prompts go to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral). They process your prompts according to their own terms.

Essential Service Providers

  • Stripe: Handles all payments. We never see your card details.
  • Cloudflare: Protects and speeds up our website. Processes traffic data to deliver the service.
  • Sentry: Helps us fix bugs. Only sees technical error information, not your personal content.

Legal Requirements

We'll share information if legally required by authorities, but only what's specifically requested.

No One Else

  • We don't sell your data
  • We don't share it for advertising
  • We don't trade it with other companies
  • We don't use it for anything except running Batch LLM

5. Where Your Data Lives

  • Our servers: EU only
  • Cloudflare: Global network (your data passes through for protection and speed)
  • Sentry: EU servers
  • Stripe: Processes payments according to their policies and regional requirements
  • AI Providers: Process prompts on their servers according to their policies

We prioritize EU storage and minimize transfers outside the EU.

6. How Long We Keep Things

  • Active account data: As long as you use the service
  • After account deletion: 30 days, then permanently deleted
  • Legal records (invoices): 5 years (required by tax law)

7. Security

We protect your data with:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS everywhere)
  • EU servers with modern security standards
  • Cloudflare protection against attacks and threats
  • Securely hashed passwords (even we can't read them)
  • Regular security updates
  • Access limited to only necessary personnel

If there's ever a data breach, we'll notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

8. No Cookies or Tracking

  • Essential cookies only: Just to keep you logged in
  • Cloudflare cookies: Technical cookies for security and service delivery
  • No advertising cookies: We don't show ads
  • No third-party trackers: No Facebook pixels, Google Analytics, etc.

9. Children

  • Batch LLM is for users 18 and older only
  • We don't knowingly collect data from children
  • If we discover a child has provided information, we'll delete it immediately

10. Changes to This Policy

  • Minor updates will be posted here with the date
  • Continued use after changes means you accept them
  • You can always close your account if you disagree
